Vegan Chocolate Cake

This cake is super easy to make, and if you don't tell them, most people won't guess it is dairy and egg free. Essential Vegan Knowledge!

Serves: 10

Type: Cakes and Biscuits

Instructions:

3 cups flour
1 3/4 cups raw sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sunflower oil
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cup cold water

In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Stir until smooth. Grease and line a large cake tin (approx 9 x 13") and bake for around 30 minutes at 180 C (375 F).
